Gobookin is designed for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) looking for a small price tag management service. It is perfect for salons, spas, fitness studios, tutoring centers, and private clinics that need efficient tools without the high enterprise cost.
We will email you a monthly invoice typically by the 25th of the month. Payment is due by the 1st of every month. If you decide to pay upfront for a longer period, please note that there will be no refunds for the upfront payment.
We believe in transparent pricing. Currently, we are waiving the one-time setup cost of S$250 and the monthly hosting fee of S$10 (for up to 200MB storage). You simply pay the subscription price listed on our website.
The free trial gives you full access to all Professional plan features, allowing you to test the complete suite of tools, including payroll automation and advanced member management, with no commitment and no credit card required.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. Drop us an email sales@gobookin.com if needed.
Features & Usage
Yes, you may proceed to purchase the system for staff use while choosing to disable the customer portal. Please note that currently, there are no specific pricing plans available that exclude the customer portal feature entirely.
Members can top up their digital wallet over the counter for now, though we are actively working with payment gateways to enhance portal top-ups. When a service is booked or a product is purchased, the cost is deducted automatically from their balance. If an order is cancelled, the system triggers an auto-refund, crediting the amount back to their wallet immediately.
Data & Security
We only retain data that is strictly related to your bookings, wallet transactions, Payslips, Staff claims, and related functions which is meant for use only. Please note that data may be shared with our secure hosting provider and payment gateway to ensure service functionality.
Once cancelled, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within the next 60 days, unless retention is required for legal compliance (Legal Exceptions).
Our servers are securely hosted in Singapore. However, you can still access your webpage and manage your business from overseas or anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
