Last Updated: November 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gobookin.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Subscription & Fees
Gobookin operates on a subscription basis (SaaS):
- Monthly Fees: Subscriptions are billed monthly based on the plan selected (Starter, Business, or Professional).
- Waived Fees: Currently, we have waived the one-time setup fee (S$250) and the monthly hosting fee (S$10). We reserve the right to modify these waivers for future accounts with notice.
- Non-Payment: Failure to pay the monthly subscription may result in the suspension of your account access.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
- Data Deletion: Once cancelled, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within the next 60 days, unless retention is required for legal compliance (Legal Exceptions).
- Member Wallet Refunds: The "Auto-Refund" feature within the platform applies strictly to internal Member Wallet balances when a booking is cancelled within the system rules. This does not refer to cash refunds from Gobookin to the Merchant.
4. User Responsibilities
The Account Admin is responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
- all activities that occur under their account.
- ensuring that data entered (including staff pay rates and member details) is accurate.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime
Gobookin strives to maintain a 99.9% service uptime. However, you acknowledge that:
- Hosting Dependency: Our infrastructure is hosted by third-party providers. Consequently, actual server uptime is dependent on their performance.
- Liability: Gobookin is not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or data inaccessibility attributed to hosting provider failures, maintenance, or force majeure events. We provide the software "as is."
6. Compensation Plans
In the event of significant service downtime where compensation is deemed applicable by Gobookin, the following terms apply:
- Service Credits: Compensation is strictly offered in the form of prospective service credits to be applied to future subscription invoices. We do not provide direct financial reimbursement for business losses.
- Maximum Liability: Under no circumstances shall Gobookin's total liability for compensation exceed 10 times (10x) the monthly subscription fee paid by the user.
- Proof of Loss: To claim compensation beyond standard service credits, the user must demonstrate a quantifiable financial loss directly caused by the outage. Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, business interruption) is explicitly excluded.
7. Limitation of Liability
Beyond the specific compensation plans outlined above, Gobookin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
